Isabel Machado concentrates her practice in the area of business and
family immigration law. She has a vast family immigration practice
and also possesses considerable experience in preparing and
defending employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions and permanent
resident applications for labor certification. Ms. Machado has
represented clients before the
Department of Homeland
Security, Board
of Immigration Appeals and the
Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Machado graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts with a Degree in Political Science and a minor in Soviet Studies. She was awarded her Juris Doctor by the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts before moving to California. She is a member in good standing of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations and the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
